Dear Sirs, Thank you for your recent letter and [bulk] order offers. At present I have enough of your lovely patches to last me into next year having recently taken up your offer in bulk! I find them most helpful. So many thanks for your assistance so far. You requested a few details of medical history to help in your work [Editor - Most of our usage hints and tips are based on listening to how users apply and benefit from their heat patches.] - so a brief outline.

In my case I have a no temperature control, it was knocked out through injury to the spine many years ago and I have had to battle since to find a method of keeping warm without too many problems. In my case putting many warm layers on and using heat patches, sleeping bags, lots of woolie hats (hand knitted) socks, warm slippers, gloves - etc! have helped with physio to keep my system going O.K. plus support from my medical team - couldn't do without them & family support.

Have always been looking for new ideas to help, so when my magazine - Woman's Weekly put an article in about your heat patches, I was greatly interested having tried the English version [Boots and other major pharmacy outlets sell heat patches such as Cura Heat, now available from us, which are very similar to our Japanese imports] which are expensive but effective.

Was so pleased we were able to bulk buy from you via the web site and have already started to use them with good effect. In my case they wont be a cure, but will definitely help my symptoms. They give extra warmth in the day - to great effect, am so pleased that the patches are light & can be fixed for maximum use, I place the patch within the layers to get enough heat - but not too hot!
Will be interested in further orders next year and can look to more help from the patches as the weather gets colder. Thanking you once again for your help & all best wishes in the future.
