Each pack contains 4 compact sized, 8 hour heat patches and a wrap that positions one or two (as desired) of the patches against knee and elbow joints, or wrist and ankle joints.

Hakugen Compact sized 10 hour patches:
Each pack contains 10 compact sized patches. Available in 10 hour adhesive backed format, or 8 hour (much warmer) non adhesive format. These can also be used for general warming purposes against knees or elbows, either as refills in Cura-Heat wraps, (try Hakugen's 10 hour adhesive backed compact sized patches below, others may be too warm), or positioned against the outside of stockings etc. via their adhesive backing.

Smaller than the Regular size, these palm sized heat patches are uniquely, flexible enough to place against moving joints. Once there they will provide 10 hours of gentle warmth.

Compact size patches application suggestions:

Elbow and knee joints
Delivering warmth to a knee or elbow joint is one of the most difficult. Here the unique smaller size of the Hakugen compact size heat patch allows it to flex as you move. Customers tell us that the simplest way to ensure it stays put where required is via a first aid strap. Buy a reusable fabric type. Wrap it around the joint a couple of times, then attach the patch and wrap the remaining strap over the patch. This not only keeps it securely in place but also insulates it so that your body fully benefits from the heat. An alternative is to use the positional wraps from Cura-Heat packs which treated with care will offer a long life.

Keeping hands warm
Particularly recreational users will find this size ideal for keeping hands warm while skiing etc. Please note that it will not work in shoes. If you need to keep your feet warm we have the unique specialised low oxygen toe warmer. This is designed to slip unnoticed into your shoe and deliver once there deliver least 6 hours of warmth.
