chemicals or substances.
6.
If they generate warmth, can they cause any burns?
No, it is not possible to get what is called
a low temperature burn from heat patches, when used with reasonable care and
the simple instructions followed. As with any external source of heat applied
to the body, reasonable care must be taken, and the heat patch constantly

sleep or any circumstances where heat might build up unnoticed to uncomfortable
levels. This could go on to cause a heat burn. Consult a doctor if this occurs.

7.

Yes, partially used heat patches can be resealed

9.
Why does my heat patch not start working when below freezing?
The package includes a small amount of water.
This must be in a liquid state for the oxidation process to start. If the
reaction is not starting, the water may be frozen. Warm the patch between
your hands and it will do the rest of the work from there.
10.
How do I know when they have finished?
At the end of its life the heat will gradually
fade away. As it does so, the patches contents will change to a gravely consistency.
Remove from clothing when this occurs and throw away.
